Fully painted and the blinds installed.  Looking much better.

Only one coat of paint on it right now, but here's what the finished window looks like. By comparison here is what it looked like when I moved in Not bad looking, but aluminum single pane window.  Cold, and builds up a LOT of condensation in the Winter.  The new windows are a huge improvement.

Also got the framing in for the master bedroom.  Here I haven't done the caulk yet.  I'm also patching the big hole where the intercom was.  Only have the first layer of mud on it, so I can't put the lower piece on till I've finished that bit of drywall.  As with the other window, not painted yet.

Finally getting around to framing the windows I installed a while ago.  Here is what they looked like. Here is all the framing in place.  Unfortunately my trim paint had all dried up and it was too late to get more by the time I found out, so it is unpainted here. I'll get paint this week and paint them in the evening.

Had to dig out a lot more, but finally got the permeable weed barrier in, and about 6" of leveled, crushed rock.  I've also cut 3 levels of the framing. I have a bunch of scrap plywood and 2 doors serving to keep and dirt from caving in or rolling down while I work on the framing.  These aren't firmly bolted in place yet.  Want to have the code inspectors check it out before I firm that up.  Plus, I ran out of the framing wood, will need to get some more.
