Took a lot longer than expected, but getting there. All the wood is installed. Decided to wait till it's a little warmer out before sanding and using filler, don't want to deal with compression issues during Summer. Decided to put the furniture back in as I'll be using this space for the next 2 months before I get to finishing. Will be working on the stairwell next, as that will allow me to prototype my stair treads before I commit to installing them leading to the sunken area. Though I might go ahead and install the step and tile in the sunken area, we'll see.
