Basement Windows

Installed the last 3 basement windows.  Now every window in the basement has been replaced.  Gone are the drafty old aluminum windows.
In are the new double pane windows.

The outside trim will come later. I sold my old table saw a while ago so that I could get a more portable model, and I haven't done that yet.  Once I get the table saw I'll be able to do the trim.

This does allow me to finish the drywall in the basement though, which is my next priority.

Bathroom Waterproofing

Waterproofing the shower.  1 primer coat, 5 coats on the walls, 7 on the pan.  Tested and approved by the inspector.  Next is upper pan and then tile.

Harry Potter Hole

Harry Potter Hole, as my friends started calling it, has had its internal trim installed, and I've put paint on the shelving below it.  This will look good once the flooring is installed.

Ugly Float and Tape

Getting started on the float and tape job on the upstairs half bath.  Pretty ugly so far. This is just the first coat, which is really intended to just get the tape down.  Looks ugly, but it's actually not bad.  Won't know for sure how it will look till the last coat.  Plan is to do a texture-free level 5 finish.  Not sure if I'll be able to pull it off or not, worst case if it doesn't pan out I can just throw some texture up.
