The Requisite Chair

It's a bit cliché, but I found a good deal on a Herman Miller knock off plycraft chair, so I had to get it.  Needs some attention, but a nice fit.

Listening Room Paint

First coat of paint on in the basement listening room.  Shows the potential, but it will definitely need a 2nd coat: Electronics room too: Next comes trim and covering the ceiling. A pretty big improvement considering it looked like this when I moved in: And until recently it looked like this:

Bathroom Waterproofing

Waterproofing the shower.  1 primer coat, 5 coats on the walls, 7 on the pan.  Tested and approved by the inspector.  Next is upper pan and then tile.
