Have the new master bedroom completely gutted now. One small beam left in place that I'll remove when I put the closet wall in to support the main beam. Probably not needed, but just want to make sure that doesn't settle any.

Figuring out a plan for the sunken area, cleared it all out. Will likely need to deal with the chimney first.
Getting started on the float and tape job on the upstairs half bath. Pretty ugly so far. This is just the first coat, which is really intended to just get the tape down. Looks ugly, but it's actually not bad. Won't know for sure how it will look till the last coat. Plan is to do a texture-free level 5 finish. Not sure if I'll be able to pull it off or not, worst case if it doesn't pan out I can just throw some texture up.
